hey i just needed some advice on make-up tips.
my objective is really to make my skin on my face look a little tanner and my eyes to stand out more.

my eyes are dark blue and my skin is ..let's say out of fair, light, medium, tan, and dark, its light. i really want my eyes to look lighter blue and my complexion to be not so pale. i usually wear black mascara and black eyeliner. i'm thinking eye shadow maybe?

anyone whos good at makeup please help, thanks =)

try drown eyeliner and shadow its supposed to make blue eyes pop but black makes it pop more.

I have thick hair, and everytime i try to curl it, the curl goes back straight. I've tried spraying it with hair spray but that didn't help, and i leave my curling iron on for along time so its gets super hot and that don't help either. I have a thick curling iron, because i want curls like you see on the celebrities. Do you have to put them in curlers or pin them up after your curl your hair. (link)
Get the curling iron ready, take the piece of hair, hold it at the end, and spray it up and then down once, then take the curling iron and curl it.
It works for me and i've got super thick hair.
