So I was talking to someone the other day and they told me I should read the book called Personality Plus by Littauer... actually I demanded I read it and actually didn't leave me alone until I went and bought it... but I was just wondering if its worth reading at all??? thank you
Brandi_S answered Tuesday February 12 2008, 1:35 am: Well, if you went and bought it, you may as well read it. Otherwise it's just a waste of money and a book.
I was told once that when reading a book, read 20% of it before deciding if it is good or bad. (Ex. Read 80 pages of a 400 page book)
That seemed to always be a good rule of thumb. I've realize that if it is a good book, you will know before you hit that 20% mark.
If it is a dull book up to that mark, its highly likely that it will be dull all the way.
