it's good that you have a theme for your party because that gives you some ideas to start working with. there aren't a lot of games you could play that relate to dancing, but if you have a game system like a playstation, you could play dance dance revolution. you could play twister, because that can be a lot of fun when played with a lot of people and when there's music involved. you could have a dance competition and see who has the best dance moves. you could watch some popular dance movies, like flashdance, footloose, step up, and center stage. if you have a video camcorder you could record some people doing funny dance moves and watch it later. as for decoration you can decorate however you want with this theme, even things as simple as streamers and balloons would be okay. if you're going to have good music playing and the people you invite like to dance, you shouldn't really have to have much more stuff to do besides that, i just went to a five hour dance party and that's all we did and it was plenty of fun. good luck.

First, I would choose a theme for your party. Chosing decorations can be tricky...decide on a budget. Decorative candles are good...candles tend to set a more relaxed atmosphere. Also, this is your party so you should choose something that fits your personality. People will expect an environment that fits who you are. Party America or Party City has tons of theme ideas and decortations. Also, if you can find a good DJ at a reasonable price, that will make for a lot of fun.
