I have always had naturally long finger nails, but I cut them about a month or so ago... and now they aren't growing back! They have always grown back before!!! Does anyone know why they arent growing back or how to make them grow back??

When your diet lacks in calcium and iron, your nails tend to grow a lot slower. So make sure be getting enough minerals in your diet, and they should begin to grow back faster.
If you aren't sure what foods contain the minerals you need, buy some mineral vitamins at the store that you can take each morning.
