Are Tampons Comfortable?
I got my period a year ago during Thanksgiving Dinner and I've been wearing pads since then. However, summer is coming and all my friends are already using Tampons. There is no way I am going to miss out on swimming during the summer!
So, I was wondering...
Do Tampons hurt? Does it take a while to get used to?

Tampons do not hurt at all. The first time I got my period I used a tampon on the 3rd day. It barely takes any time to get used to. You cant even feel them. && its so much better than pads!

But it might take you a while to get the tampon in right away but just be patient and you will get it. Read the instructions, they help!

Once you learn to use a tampon correctly you don't feel it when it is in. Its very comfortable. That is one of the reasons there is a TSS warning on the instruction pamphlet in the tampon box, because some women do forget that they have put a tampon in, towards the end of their period and it can result in TSS. (If you want to know what TSS is, feel free to email me)
And yes, it does take one or two times to get use to putting it in, and how to put it in ect. but it is fairly easy.
