World War 2I'm in the 7th grade, and learning about World War 2. I find it really interesting! My teacher mentioned that there might have been some criticism of the U.S. and some of the decisions they made during it. Do yall know of any examples?

 Thanks bunches

On the contrary to the other user's answer, Japan was the country that was the most aggressive and that did the most killing. Read about the Rape of Nanjing. You will be mortified, but it will give you an example of how Japan tortured and killed their own women and children. Yes, the A bomb killed some, but this incident compared to Nanjing is considerably minor.

It wasn't until Japan's aggressive behavior and bombing of Pearl Harbor was when the US took action. However, some criticism kicks in when Admiral George MacArthur promised to return to American/Filipino troops [who were starving, and dieing from extreme heat and violence due to being trapped by Japanese forces] in the Philippines with food and supplies. He will always be remembered for that incident.

Message me if you need more information. I'd be happy to help.

Well.. there were alot of things that the U.S. did to both Germany and Japan during that time. like... we bombed japan. killing ALOT of innocent men, women, and children. But then you have to remember that at this point in the war little kids and civilians had guns and would shoot the U.S. armys. it was a big risk and there was alot of pros and cons. As with germany. (im kinda rusty on this part) i guess we lied to them alot. lied to them about D day (the invasion into france).. im sorry i cant rememebr more of ww2.. but i hope that helped a little bit
