what is the rue21 store? does that have any relation to forever 21?

I dont think they are related like that. But some of the clothes they have are a lot alike.
I really like the clothes at both stores. And they have a variety of lots of different styles.

Some places have Rue21, and some places have Forever21 [or vice versa]. The places that don't have R21, have an F21. The places that do have R21, don't have an F21.

i dont think that it has anything to do with forever 21. rue 21 is a store for teens, boys and girls. it has sorta punk clothes, but kinda little kiddish. i hope i helped!
