You can hang out all together my friends are the same way. What we did was just always ask everyone if they wanted to hang out so they would have nothing to be jealous about if they couldent go. As for the gossiping part that really doesnt make sense good friends don't gossip about each other. Just make it look like you don't care about it and eventually it will stop. Best of luck

Well, you obviously want to make your friendship work right?
I think you should all sit down together [at someones house, or at least away from school] and say something like this,
'I really don't like it how were always the subject of gossip and we get jealous really easily.' there. Opinion stated. [if you have more of one, then say that, too]
next figure out a way to solve the problem. 'admit it, were best friends, and I know I care tremendous amounts for you guys, and thats why I get jealous. I've noticed the same thing with you two.'
wait for nods of approval or something of the like- this isnt an allout insult-fest, though some might take it that way.
'I think we can fix this- and the talking - by remembering that, everytime we get jealous, we THREE are best friends, not just two of us. We need to remember that we are all important to eachother.'
more nods.
'I love you guys. :]'
[only say that if you mean it!]

Good luck. :] & I hope that helps- obv. I've been through almost the same thing.
