There is no such thing- any product that claims to increase your breast size (or size of anything, for that matter) is nothing more than a gimmic.
All I can tell you is that your breasts are fine the way they are- A, B, C, or D! Yes, you are self-conscious (or SELF-CONSCIOUS, as you put it), and the problem does not have anything at all to do with your body, but rather your state of mind. You need to change your outlook. Stop being embarrassed about your body. Women, like all things in life, come in ALL shapes and sizes! You should be PROUD of what you have. Do not hide behind anything, and wish your body were different. You have nothing at all to be ashamed of.
So, all I can say is that your breast size is fine, regardless. Besides, a B cup is average, so nothing to be concerned about there. You asked if there is A.N.Y.T.H.I.N.G. you can do to make them bigger. Well, there is N.O.T.H.I.N.G. you can do to make them bigger naturally. But there's a lot you can do to feel more confident about your body and yourself. For one thing, stop worrying so much about your body and start having a positive outlook. You are fine the way you are, no matter what. Do not look at artificial, unrealistic standards of beauty that society unfortunately shoves in our faces: THAT is not reality. Be happy with who you are, and what you have.
Why is a B cup making you self concious? My girlfriend is 5'1 and a 34B and absolutely gorgeous. Her breasts are perfectly proportional to her body.
I can understand bad body image, are you in relatively good shape? I mean, if you arent overweight that sounds appealing from a guys point of view.
I think you should worry less. Why you think that 32B is a negative thing I havent a clue. Most guys would think thats absolutely fine, and you don't need Cs or Ds to wear a bikini and wear it well.
To answer the actual question, there are exactly two ways to make breasts bigger.

find positive friends.
dont let anyone tell you that you are ugly
and dont ever get plastic surgery unless you actully need it
if you dont like your looks improve it in a HEALTHY way. example: if you think your fat dont starve yourself just exercise and eate a healthy diet. and dont go on a fad diet either; eat normal and cut out the ice cream and Mcy Ds [ SDC's advice column | Ask SDC A Question ]

In my opinion, huge boobs on tiny people is not attractive.
The only think you can do is get a good padded bra. You don't want it to look too fake, but enough to bump you up a cup size and fill you out better.
You can search through Victoria's Secret, but those are pretty pricey. Walmart has a good selection of padded bras. Just remember if you want to look more filled out, padded is best. If you want more cleavage, push up should be your choice. Push up of course, push your puppies up, but that also means compacting them in, which would make you look flat.
