I haven't hung out with my friend one on one in a really really long time. she finally says one day dude we haven't hung out in a really long time i miss you! it's like she finds time for everyone else but me.
i want to hang out with her, but should i even give her a chance considering she's been blowing me off so much? i'm not a high matinence friend it just seems like she never has time for me and always uses me when she's bored or other people are busy.
Some girls get freaked out by hanging out with one person to much. They start to think they look desperate or clingy. Maybe thats why she's afraid to hang out with you.
Or maybe she thinks that you like her or something, (assuming that your a guy) She might not feel the same way, or she might like you a little bit, but doesn't want to act on it.
If you just wait, and let her come to you, things will work out. But if you push it, she will find reasons to get mad at you.

Give her another chance and make it plain that you would like to see each other more often than what you used to.

do something easy like go to a movie or even just go for ice cream.

Pick a day that you feel would be best to do something together, invite her to join you in some sort of activity, and if she blows you off that time, THEN wash your hands of the whole mess.
A person who is only a friend when it is convenient for them is not a friend to begin with.
