i want to lose weight. im 13 years old and am over weight by about 30-40 pounds but i dont look like it. i want to be healthier and i lost 20lbs last summer but i gained all back and i want to lose it by may but i have a slight problem, whenever i think about how i look or start a new eating healthy plan or something i get all depressed because of the way i am and start eating. horrible and weird i know but i cant help it. i have an elliptical at home but i never use it. i want to lose weight more than anyone knows. Help! what type of foods should i eat, what kind of excersises what do i do?? help! thanks in advance!!
o0Yourmom0o answered Tuesday February 5 2008, 10:33 pm: Eat healthy foods like salads, chicken, fruits and vegetables, but dont eat any snacks in bags, with oil or snacks or anything with partially hydrogenated cornstarch or saturated fats. Avoid sweets, and everytime you even think about going for one and giving up think about how much you want to lose the weight! Also use the elliptical, run, and lift weights , do sit-ups and pushups too!
