Owner of the Giants

Who technically owns the giants...i know that (i think wellington) mara just died...but did he own the whole team and then leave it to his wife, or was he co-owner and left it to his son John...because i know he had 11 kids....so who inherited it??

Don't John Mara and Steve Tisch co-own the team together? I'm pretty sure they do. Wellington is John Mara's father. So I guess Wellington passed his share to John.
