You may not want to hear this but the best thing is to do more interviews and get over the shyness of interviews, because if you get a job without one eventually when you get older they are required. So get used to them while you have the chance so you will be used to the process when your older trying to apply for a big time job.

even for a night time stacker at toys R us you will have to do an interview. believe me everybody hates them. i am REALLY shy too. practice questions. write your answers down to them or practice them with friends or a parent or something. they most commonly will ask "tell me about yourself" ex:im a student at so and so high school. "whats your greatest streghth" ex: im organized. "Why do you want to work for us" ex: i would like to be a part of your compan. im sorry i dont know any places that will hire you from just a walk in..

Why not get an interview?
It prepares you for someday when you will have to get an interview, helps your public speaking, and it will help you increase social skill and charisma.
Not many places are willing to hire 14 year olds, most places look for 15 or 16 year olds.
You can try babysitting, which is the only "walk on" job there really is. No job will just hire you right off the bat. They want to get to know you. Just relax and be yourself.
