blackberry camera
I got the new BlackBerry Pearl yesterday.
I haven't dropped it, or anything like that.
But, when I click on the camera button, it just freezes up for a few seconds, and it doesn't do anything.
I've tried turning the phone off, and charging it.
Does anyone know what's going on?

thats what happened to me when i first got my blackberry pearl.
You have to wait for a while, i dont know why but you do.
what i did is that i took the battery off from the back. and when i turned it on, it worked.
you just have to keep playing with the phone.. for some reason.

I would go to whatever store you got it from, and ask them about it.
My cousin's does this, but she has dropped it a few times lol.
But , just go to the place where you bought it.

No i do not know what is worng with your phone. My phones does the same exact thing when i try to use the camera. I would recommend you going to the nearest T-mobile? and have them check it out or you can even call and tell them the problem over the phone.
