how big is 100 grams????like a 100 grams of cheez,a hundred gramz of rice?

Its a bit under one quarter of a pound (1000 grams to one kilogram... 2.2 pounds to one kilogram... 100g=0.22 pounds).

EDIT: Since this is a unit of mass its hard to judge volume with it. However to take your rice example, I had a look online and there apparently is about 175grams of cooked rice in one cup. So 100grams would be a bit less than 2/3 of a cup.
