well, if i were you, i would start out on youtube...tell all of your friends about it, and make advertisements. come up with a permanent name, like: Mywebshow, and then make episodes for it... like: Mywebshow episode2, or Mywebshow episode 2, paris hilton vs britney spears. That kind of thing. Also, you need access to a camera, a person to film, if you want, and some cool ideas. it would also help if you had a scenery, like in your basement, have like a couch that you always sit on. You would also probably need a tripod, or something too keep the camera steady. GoOd LuCk!!!

You would need a script or agenda, video camera set up, and a youtube account basically.
You should add effects, noises, and keep it interesting.
