To qualify for a scholarship you need at least a 3.5 GPA; however, this can also depend on the kind of scholarship. Scholarships look for people who set themselves apart from others, leadership, team work, good grades and a lot of community service hours. ]
Someone asked a question like this a while back, I'll tell you like I told them, this worked for me.
Ask the counselor at the college you plan on attending about scholarship programs. Ask what it takes to qualify.
Some guidelines go according to where you live, whom you live with, your parents income, your income etc... ]
ok if you have a's and b's you need a 3.5 gpa really 3.5 gpa is real good and you dont have to have them ap classes k....you need extracurrilar activities you need 75 hours of community service but go over that college will be real impressed and like that clubs you been if you been in beta swat sga. STUDENT GOVERMENT is real important shows your really in the school your in hey what grade are you in. Talk to the college ahead of time if you want to go and if your gpa isn't a 3.5 get it up there k. If your in beta you should get things in the mail offering you little meetings bout finicial aid, stuff like that sense my gpa is a 3.5 i get all kinds of stuff in the mail pay atttention to stuff like that i went to U.F and they have me pre registered and i was a freshman then now im 16 so. Them honor classes and ap classes isn't everything its if you had a job clubs sports plays you did. Thats important stuff you should put in ur resume my email is i my email is lexygrl015@hotmail.com if you have any more questions hope this help ]
