Well, your best bet is cover-up. I'm not an expert on different kinds and which is best; just make sure it matches your skin as well as possible. Don't just put it on the hickey, put it in the area around it as well. This will make the cover-up look more natural.
You could also wear turtleneck sweaters or even a thick necklace, depending on where your hickey is. Some sort of velvet choker would be very effective if you could keep it in place over your hickey.
