I have a really bad hickey.
How should I cover it up?

Hmm, well I would just dab some liquid make up on it.And if that'd doesn't work, just use some tanning lotion.

Plus, hickey's don't stay long, so you shouldn't have to worry too much, unless it's really noticeable.

sprinkle water on a spoon and put it in the freezer for like 15 mintues then stick it on your neck.

Well, your best bet is cover-up. I'm not an expert on different kinds and which is best; just make sure it matches your skin as well as possible. Don't just put it on the hickey, put it in the area around it as well. This will make the cover-up look more natural.
You could also wear turtleneck sweaters or even a thick necklace, depending on where your hickey is. Some sort of velvet choker would be very effective if you could keep it in place over your hickey.
Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. Good luck hiding it.
