how many crunches should i do to get abs as quikly as possible dont worry im eating healthy and walking 30 min so just tell me thanks.

When the numbers start to get really high I would rather use a weight held under the back of the head (weighted crunches as they are called). That way you can keep the reps say around 15 and increase the weight when it becomes too easy. This should make your muscles grow more and faster than a regular crunch.

50 regular crunches, 50 crunches to the left side of your legs, adn 50 crunches to the right side of your legs. work your way up to 100 each.
