Well me and my x have been talking latley and i am getting back old feelings that we used to have.
we just got back form a cheerleading comp and we flirted the whole time we both have feelings for each other but she has a boyfriend and it's been really hard for me because it's like everything that me and her used to share it's with them now and it's really hard to wacth that.she has not cheated. we have not done anything psyically we are just really good friends but i dont no if i can do that anymore because of me and her loving each other still. please i need HELP!!!

Don't be blunt with her, you will scare her off. The best thing to do is to get her to meet you in a private place where you can't be interrupted and you can freely talk without others listening in. I believe she probably still has feelings for you as well seeing as how she flirted with you. Be honest with her, don't hide your feelings and leave them in the dark. Tell her you still have feelings for her and ask her if the feeling is mutual.
If she says no.. Tell her your sorry and that you do feel the same way you used to you just thought she as well and you didn't want to keep that to yourself.
If she says I don't know.. Tell her that no matter what she decides you are there for her, which I'm sure you are.
If she says yes.. Tell her that she should tell her boyfriend the truth and that she wants to be back with you, if indeed thats what she wants which if she says yes I'm sure she probably does.
