Anal sex is extremely unhealthy and can result in physical damages including anal prolapse, fissures, and hemorrhoids. Let's not forget the infectious diseases, either.

There is nothing wrong with anal sex. If you enjoy it then you enjoy it. There are certain things you can do to enjoy it more to, if your female use toys...vibrators, or dildos to stimulate your orgasm more. If your a male a vibrator works the same way if it's placed under your balls, or a cock ring...that would help you and your partner.
Be careful though, infections can be caused if your partner enters you vaginally and he hasn't cleaned off, or changed condoms. Also it can cause pain when stools pass.
