How do you get rid of undereye circles, or at least reduct the appearance? (preferably using something natural, that I might very well have at home).
I already use concealer to hide the circles, but I would like to know what I can do to try to naturally reduce the appearance of dark circles (besides taking vitamins, getting enough sleep, etc., I know that already).

I am not sure how well it works, but it is said to work miracles. They also use this technique in spa settings. So, it's worth a shot. Two slices of cucumber for your eyes, the rest of the cucumber and ranch (Hidden Valley-of course) for a snack. It also helps hydrate you because a cucumber is mostly made up of water. Happy eatings and Good Luck!! (Btw...if it does work, will ya let me know? I have some circles I need to get rid of too ;)) [ AngelofMercy's advice column | Ask AngelofMercy A Question ]

This point cannot be emphasized enough. The suggestion of drinking “at least eight glasses of water a day” is very true. The body is composed of a lot of water (almost one half) yet we excrete a lot of water regularly and therefore need to replenish the supply constantly so drink up often!"
