Move your body to where you want his hand to be.
or simply come out & say it.

Hope this helps.=)

This is gonna be straight up forward:
guide him to where you want him ro go.
To make it seem like you're not being too funny about it, like in a standoffish way, be seductive about it.

Early on in the relationship, guys are usually scared to mess things up for them and their new girl. He's probably insanely happy that he's finally got you, and is scared to make a wrong move by being too forward. He doesn't know what you want.

Next time he goes up your shirt, put his hands exactly where you want them to be, and give him a sexy smile.
Chances are, he'll be super turned on by your sexkitten side and gladly oblige to your requests.
Good luck;)

well, honestly, if you think it's awkward to move his hand where you want it, you should defenitly like start playing around with your bra strap and be like, "ooohh, I think my straps too tight, can you help me?" or "my bra cup is like really big, can you check it for me?" That should get him all up on you :]

If you're both ready to do that, then just move his hands where you want them to go. Sometimes, people need a little guidance.
You can also hint at it, or say something like "next time, why don't you _______"
He'll soon catch on either way and do it more.

sometimes you just have to lead him to where you want him to go.
like just pick up his hand and show him or inch it to the place you want. if you want to do it "smoothly" or whatever just start rubbing his hand and lead him.
