im getting over my ex like forsure, like i dont want to be with him at all relationship wise and theres this guy we'll call him Allen and we're getting really close! but his ex just broke up with him like a month ago and he's not over her and he's convinced im not over my ex which for the most part i am bc my ex is over it and doesnt talk to me , but Allen's ex keeps bothering him wanting to get back but he doesnt want to but still has feelings for her. so im kinda stuck here
because allen is really confused about it all, we hang out every day and talk on the phone till like 2am and its obvious he still loves his ex and i do still love mine but im ready to move on but i know allen isnt i can understand and am willing to wait but like i dont wanna wait it out then him just get back with his ex... what should i do, do you think? [ we were kind of eachothers rebound you can say but then we've talked and we both really like eachother]
orphans answered Tuesday January 15 2008, 5:26 pm: Tell him that you really want to try to make a relationship between you and him work because you have growing feelings for him that are hard to like, just make go away. And what better way to know that you are pretty much over your ex than to go out with someone else? Allen and you will always have feelings for your ex because you shared a part of your life with them and introduced them to your world, but you both have to move on and before his ex convinces Allen to get back together with him, tell him how you really feel and hopeflly he'll give you guys a chance.
