I'm aware that what I'm about to ask isn't healthy, nor is it necessarily safe.

HOW IS A QUICK WAY/ WHAT IS THE QUICKEST
WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT? PREFERABLY 10-15 lbs.

Sari answered Thursday January 31 2008, 1:30 am: One thing you might consider is trying to speed up your metabolism. Eat fruits, veggies (mainly veggies) and whole grains every 2-3 hours. This should result in you never being hungry. Obviously don't eat while sleeping but eat upon waking: 2-3 pieces of fruit, at about 30 minute intervals and a piece of toast for breakfast, dried fruit or nuts for a small snack, a salad with vinegrette dressing and garbonzo beans for protein. Dinner could be roasted potatos, grilled mushrooms and bell peppers with grilled tofu in tereyaki sauce.
This is just an example of things to eat but notice no meat or dairy. I suggest a completly vegan diet. It's amazing how many extra calories and fat you can eliminate from your diet by removing all animal products. They have wonderful cream cheese, sour cream and butter substitutes on the market that are completly vegan friendly. Eat the right things more frequently and the lbs will come off. I've done this before, and have lost 2kg at least per week. All I did was completely refrain from all fattening stuff; ice-cream, chocolates, sweet stuff..pastries, buns, fast food especially. I'm not saying it isn't allowed, but stay away from it at least until you reach your ideal goal.
I also did 10km (jog/walk/run) on the machines. And whenever I had the urge to get anything sweet..i just drank water.. keep drinking lots of it and you wont feel hungry.
Once you've reached your ideal weight, don't stop exercising and watch your calories. And the best way, trust me, to stay that way is to limit your intake of fast food, the fries above all.
masterclinic answered Monday January 14 2008, 10:26 pm: Im not sure how fast you are talking about but im sure in 2 weeks you can lose 10-15 pounds by eating salad,fish and or soup (not at the same time switch off) also start running if you havent started already 3 times a week at the least.
