Sounds like you care for someone dearly, but when you worry, you over exaggerate the problem in your head.. One of the best ways to cope with this problem is to talk to someone about it. Another good way to try to cope is to write out all the possible bad things that could happen and either burn it or shred it or throw it somewhere you won't ever find it again. That way you get all those negative thoughts out from your head and into reality on paper, and you can easily take them and push them aside. After that, try not to ever think about the bad, only the good. Keep a positive out look. Even if you feel its the end of the world or going to be, keep your head up and keep moving. The longer you dwell in the past and fix your mind on problems, the worse life will seem. Look to the future, and only look to the good.

I use to have that problem a while back what i did before id get to school would say to myself "whatever happens happens" i dont know if that makes much sense but it helped me alot. If it doesnt work out you can always talk to someone about what your nervous about thats what best friends are for. Hope i helped best of luck.
