drunken regrets
okay.i know this is gonna sound really bad,and keep mind i usually dont do anything like this.but this guy basically got me drunk and took advantage.i didnt want to but was 5oo drink to really say or do anything.it was my first time,and i already asked questions cause i was hoping i was too tight for him to get it in all the way,my hyen didnt break or hurt or bleed or anything.so if this is true,could i still be considered a virgin?
also,if it didnt go in all the way and he wore a condom,can i still get pregnat?
if so,is ther anyway to tell really early on?
and if true,is there abortion places that you can get it withouot a parent?
please help,all ive been doing is crying and hoping otherwise

alright dude first... put the fucker in jail. People are messed up and most likely he'll do it to another girl too. You're not a virgin but forget about that it wasn't your fault... you can be pregnant just take an at home pregnancy test if you miss your period. going to the doctor would be your best bet and get checked for std's because you don't know if he had anything and you need your parent to get an abortion if you are under 18 but don't worry about that right now, just get to the doctor asap.

*If his penis entered you, you're not a virgin - even if you were too tight for it to go in all the way. Also, are you sure your hymen isn't torn/broken? It could have been done long before the drunken incident.

*It depends when the incident happened, so it's impossible to say whether you'd be getting pregnancy symptoms right now.
*I know here you can get abortions without parents, but again, I can't be sure for you because I don't know where you live. But don't worry about abortions and that for now. TELL SOMEONE and you will be guided through everything and given pregnancy/STD checks etc.

well if he took advantage of you and you said no that was rape and he needs to be charged with such. Contact your authorities. dont let another girl become a victim. your voice can be heard.

condoms are not completely effective. I would go to your doctor. Not only pregnancy, but get STD checked. If there was even any skin contact you could get an STD if he was a carrier.
As for abortion i strongly urge you to not do that. A baby is alive from the day the sperm fertilizes the egg. Abortion burns the baby and breaks every bone in its body. The baby is alive during all of this. Abortion is murder. If you are pregnant, give the child up for adoption, dont kill it if you dont want it.

First of all, if he got you drunk and raped you then you need to file charges. Even if you consented he took advantage of you getting you drunk and there are laws against that.
Second of all, no matter how tight you were he entered you taking your virginity. Even if your hymen doesn't break (which it probably did that night or in the past... you don't need sex to break a hymen) you are still no longer a virgin. Even if it's rape your virginity is gone.
No birth control is 100% except abstinance which is not having sex. Basically, yes, you could get pregnant.
About the abortion clinic - If you are pregnant I would advice against it and instead give up any child you may have for adoption. But to answer your question, you do not always have to have a parent present to have an abortion althought it is strongly recommended. I actually have abortion clinic information on my home computer under my favorites because a friend asked me for information but I am at school and don't have access to that information currently. There are age laws to get an abortion without consent but, like I said, I don't have that information on me. It depends on your age and location I'm sure.

If this happened last night then you may still have a chance to get a rape kit done, but if it happened a while ago then any sign of fluids in your vaginal area will probably be gone. If there is any physical sign of a struggle they may be able to use that. Otherwise everything will just kind of become hearsay.
I'd probably wait a few weeks and take a home pregancy test. If that comes up negative then I'd wait a few more weeks and take another just to make sure. If you are stressed a lot then your period will usually be delayed so you can't always count on that. Also, a doctor told my friend (when she thought she was pregnant) that getting your period isn't always a sign of not being pregnant. Anyway, if you're really worried, and I suggest this - go to a parent, a doctor, the police... you need to tell somebody.
