I usually air dry my hair. I take showers before bed though because my hair is wavy or curly.. I would wrap my hair up in a towel or do braids for the night. If your hair is flat from air drying then you could always use a cream or mousse designed for volume.
Blowdrying is bad if you always do it. You really need to go out buy a heat protecting spray:
Nexxus Heat Protexx
Kenra setting spray
Blowdrying will make your hair frizzy, fried and give you split ends. If you can't get a heat protecting spray, you can use any other spray until you can buy one.
If I blowdry my hair, it's usually a bit damp so it won't take too much time and too much damage. So a spray wouldn't be needed.
If you have to blowdry, then focus on the bottom layer and the layers surrounding your face and then put your hair up to dry.
It depends on what kind of style you want. ]
air drying is better for your hair, but my hair is kind of crazy so i either have to blow dry it or like braid it wet before i go to bed. if it's possible for you to let it air dry without it looking weird then that would be awesome for your hair. over the summer i only heat styled my hair like three times and my hair was really really healthy, so it does make a difference. if you're going to heat style it every day, then get some leave in conditioner, like infusium 23 which is in a grey spray bottle. ]
I blow dry my hair every single day. Air drying your hair makes it flatter. For heat protectant spray or cream go to your local salon and tell them what you need and I'm sure they will gladly show you a few options.
Hope I Helped ! ]
I let my hair air dry and then straighten it later, or I do the natural look :] Try air drying, its much much more helathier and better for your hair. ]
