blocked a website forever?

i downloaded this program called 'block website buddy' and i blocekd runescape cause i was really mad at my brother and he was ALWAYS on that game and now i cant unblock that program unless i buy the software.. which i really dont want to just for one site. so what should i do? i cant use web proxys either.. so idont know what to do?

Uninstall, or if you have Windows, System Recovery(if you have it) it should get rid of that program and release Runescape, but, you'll also lose some programs that have been recently been installed and saved documents...

But overall, either should work
