okay i'm on the pill and i normally take my pill within the same hour everyday since i'm supposed to take it around the same time everyday. my friend told me that i have to take it at the same time within like 2 minutes everday. if i take it within the same hour is that bad?

The reason they tell you to take it at the
same time everyday, is just to get you in
the habit of taking them. Its easier to
remember to take it everyday if, for instance,
you take it every morning as soon as you get up,
or with breakfast, etc.

So long as you remember to take it. Thats
all. The time isn't that important. Within
the same hour is not a problem at all. :)

Most pills are quite the opposite. Within about the same 3-4 hour period is fine, most pills you are even fine if you miss a pill every few weeks. Your friend is wrong.

It's not necessarily the best thing,
you should set an alarm on your phone for the same time everyday so that you remember to take it at exactly the right time. I suggest you start an alarm, and begin taking it at exactly (give or take a few minutes) the same time everyday.
