being mean

Question Posted Thursday January 10 2008, 3:16 pm

Sometimes I wish I could just always say what's on my mind. Most of everything in my thoughts that I wish I would say is all...mean. I do say alot of things but the stuff still in my head is worse than the stuff I say out loud. And I often get called a bitch for what I do say. I'm not sure what's going on, I wasn't always like this. Weird??

What's probably going on is because of the fact that you keep quiet and people take advantage of you. Not expressing how you truly feel make them not care about your feelings and they will do the same things to you that hurt you the first time. You are tired of people walking all over you and it is a good thing you are letting people know how you feel. Maybe they will see what they need to do to not hurt you. If they call you a bitch for it, they won't change and you don't need them.

Well, saying what's on your mind isn't a bad thing... as long as what's on your mind is good and positive! And you might think that you can't control or change what you think... but actually, you can. I know, because I've done it. I learned that lesson from my friend Jessie.

Jessie is like the nicest person in the whole world. She's always so positive about everything. Like if we're shopping and we see a kid throwing a crying fit, my first reaction is "Someone shut that kid up." But Jessie's reaction is, "Awww, poor thing, doesn't that just break your heart?" And if we're driving behind someone who's going really slow, I'm thinking, "Grrrr, get out of my way you idiot!"... but Jessie will say, "Awww, it's probably a sweet little old man." It's like a negative thought never enters her mind!

Her attitude has started to rub off on me, and now I've started thinking the same way. Whenever I find myself getting angry or irritated, I just think, "What would Jessie think of this?" It's really made me relax and be a happier, kinder person.

So just try looking for the positive in every situation. If I can do, you can to!

Your not a bitch, you're just speaking up and why should you not say what is on your mind, mean or not? But sometimes, people say what's on their mind 24/7 and are the defintion of beotchh. But it's not wierd that you do this, once in a while you can speak your mind, but other times is it is REALLY rude and mean, keep your thoughts inside of your head, not outside. Try writing what you are thinking that is mean, and get it down on paper, out of your mind, that can reliev you of these outbursts. But don't worry, everyone [even the goody-goodies] can have at least one finger pointed at them for saying something absolutley mean. It's okay :]
Hope I helpedd
