It all depends on your current weight situation, your dieting to lose, gain, or maintain weight, your family genetics (yes, you must actually account for this. For example, alot of people do not know that "V Cuts" are mostly dependant in your genes) and overall your determination to get a six pack. It can be quite a long time for that defininition to start showing up even if you are really trying.. but what is the moral of the story? If you focus on it hard enough, and really want it, you CAN get it. My advice for you is to stay determined and keep your chin up, stay focused, and you will accomplish your goal. If you would like, you can ask me for my torso routine and I would be more than happy to share. Try to get as much female advice too because I'm not an expert on feminine body sculpting. Good luck! Depending on how in shape you are now it could take any amount of time but minimum a month. Start by eating healthier and doing situps every day.
