Okay, so at my school, groups are a bit thing. Not really cliques, but definitely groups. Anyway, I'm not that popular, but I have a lot of friends from all different groups. Thus, I don't really have a specific group I fit into. And, at my school, all dating occurs within groups. Thus, I'm in high school and have never even had a boyfriend. And honestly, I don't care, because highschool relationships go nowhere anyway. But, consequently, I have no guy friends. A few I talk to now and then, but really no guy FRIENDS.
So, okay, question--
Today, all of the lower-popular and middle-popular (pretty messed up, right?) guys in my classes couldn't stop talking to me. Its not just like me being in a group of all these guys and talking to them. It was, individually, these guys just kept starting [long, might I add] conversations with me. It was pretty weird. I didn't look any different today... no change. Trust me, I didn't mind lol, they were really cool, but any idea why?
Advice: Don't group people so often. People are people and they all have potential to be amazing. and most of them are.
Worry less about who's popular where and things will move much smoother [ basketcase_x08's advice column | Ask basketcase_x08 A Question ]
emilyjessica0x answered Monday January 7 2008, 8:53 pm: maybe they have seen another side of you that they have never seen before? or maybe they just want to get to know you? either way, its not a bad thing at all! maybe if you keep talking to them you will bcome fairly close friends with them, which is always good, not too bad to have a lot of friends. [= just keep talking to them, maybe even go up to THEM and start a conversation, that mgiht go farther.
