I see a school counselor. He said that if I hurt myself or others, he has to tell me parents. If I tell him that I'm bulemic .. doesn he have to tell my parents?

Bulemia is self harm, AKA hurting yourself. So yes, he does have a right to tell your parents, because it puts yourself at danger.
