Question Posted Monday January 7 2008, 4:39 pm

Okay i like my best friends brother. She knows I like him and she didnt say that she was okay with it but she didnt say she wasnt. She really didnt say anything. I dont know what to do if i ask her again she'll probably be annoyed by me so i decided to wait and see if he ever ask me out and when and if he does ill ask her then. Do you think its okay the whole idea of best friend liking the sibling thing. What are the risk and is their any positives???

The only real risk is your friend could get jealous at a shift in attention away from her, both by her brother and by you. However, I don't think you are under any obligation to not try. Ask him out, it's her responsibility to not be petty about it.
