sometimes i feel like there is nobody who understands me and nobody who loves me. every action i take and every word i say feels wrong. i feel so alone. is there something wrong with me?

There's nothing wrong with you. You're just hitting points of being down and out. A lot of people hit them. More people than you would expect go through these feelings.If you feel wrong about your actions, then perhaps try something different. Think about what could make you happier or more comfortable with you being yourself in a situation where you'd not really know what to say.You may have hit a point in your life right now where you feel unloved and very much misunderstood, but it's not going to remain this way forever. I can promise you that. BUT, you need to help yourself by realizing that you aren't being judged for every single action that you take in your life. People are not always watching for the mistakes that you might make. Just try to find a way to be more comfortable with the person you are. and perhaps you might start noticing that you aren't really as alone as you would believe you are.
