Shaky when nervous/excited?

OMG ok so its really weird whenever i am with a guy (usually one that likes me or i like him )((not ones i am only brotherly friends wiht)) i shake. like its sooo weird i feel like i have had wayy to much coffee and im like excited shaking. Is there anyway to not shake it is sooo embarassing ahaha

This reminded me of when I was younger, haha. Once you get to know him more, you'll do it less because you'll be more comfortable with him.
I know it's odd, but it will calm down eventually :)

What you have to do is get more used to the guy. Talk to him more often, and hang out with him more often, like in a group, not just the two of you.
