its really great that she likes running soo much but if she is running so often its important that she also is eating alot because she is burning those calories
i dont think you need to go to a doctor because she will grow soon and being athletic cant be that bad
just look for other signs like does she look weakk of fatigued, too skinney, can she handle other tasks?
if so mention it to your parents and se what they think and maybe even talk to your sister
good luck :)

Yes she is normal
I would go to a doctor if you continue to worry about her, or if she seems sick at all

That could be normal, but you should really take her to a doctor to check her out...is she eating or just running? Though she is 10 and running non stop on the track and running in the morining is fine, but doing it during school and in the bathroom, something might be wrong. Try asking her about it...and if she thinks its normal, talk to your parents and see what they think and then maybe take her to the doctors or tell her to cool it for a while, running that much is not good for a 10 year old because it burns off a lot of calories and fat.
Good luck with her
