Love Handles...

hey katie.
so at highschool. im on the team
where our uniforms show our midtorso
and im not fat. i know im not fat.
but ihave a few places on my body
where i have cottage cheesemarks.
& i want to get rid of my love handles.
in your pic you look like you are fit.
so do you think you can give me some
pointers. thank you so much in advanced

Hah thanks.

Well, to get rid of any fat you have to burn it off. That means, cardiooo! fun.. i know. haha, try running, biking, and just getting active like dancing around or anything. That will burn calories, and eventually fat. Then, you can start doing sit up and other stomach/ab exercises to sshow off your muscles. Heres some..

Also, cut out pop, junk food, and fast food. If you can do that, thats great. Eating healthy will definatly help in getting rid of anything you don't like. Hope this helped!!
