MPEG-4? is there any way to change an
MPEG-4 file to an
.avi
.mpg
.m1v
.mp2
or
.mp2v
file?
so it can be edited with Windows Movie Maker
if not what is a good video editing program ?

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location) is really awesome for converting stuff. just make sure it's not a "protected" mpeg-4 (it's protected if you buy it from itunes). it should definitely work with windows movie maker- i recently had to do a video project that required converting a lot of crap and it worked fine for me. ]
MPEG-4 is .mpg, and usually .avi. It's the most common video format. Media player should be able to edit it. If not, convert it to windows media with mediacoder:
