how to get a picture to work on here?

it keeps saying "the file size was too big" I dont know what that means. How do I make the picture smaller?

If you need to resize images on a regular basis, I can recommend a free program called irfanview.

and there is a resizing tool

Just upload it onto www.photobucket.com
or www.imageshack.com
It won't resize your pictures, then.
Then take the URL and place it in the space provided on the Advicenators edit page.
See? Mines huge! :)
