Alli

Question Posted Friday December 28 2007, 10:57 pm

16/f
I was thinking about trying the Alli weight loss plan. I just want to know if it's worth the money and if it works?
Another thing. If i go to the grocery store and use self checkout to buy the starter kit, will I not be allowed to for some reason?
Thankssss.

check with your doctor first... that's a pretty hardcore diet. i've read articles about it- you have to be careful, or you will seriously crap in your pants. if your doctor says it's okay, then you should probably get your mom to buy it for you. diet products are not really for minors so it wouldn't surprise me if they gave you trouble about it.

Actually, consult your doctor about it first. Alli, you need to be stuck to it, a very strict no fat diet. Any fat you eat, will.. be disposed.. ie, having to go to the bathroom. So you have to be pretty careful. And I know that just eating healthy and exercising, does not always help EVERYONE. People always give that .. our because they have nothing better to say. Anyways, I think you could get it, try looking at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and find some more information there about it :) Make sure its safe for your age, otherwise, I highly suggest at least talking to a pharmacist at the grocery story (some have that) and see what they say. Over all good look, and be safe ! :)

Says you're 14 on your other questions. If so, then Alli is definitely not for you and if you really are 16...its still not for you.

Just make good common sense eating choices and don't buy into what you see advertised on TV.
