Do you know your snowflakes or what? Maybe it's just "cold war" propaganda, but the largest snowflake ever found was 8" by 12" (about the size of a sheet of typing paper). It was reported to have fallen, probably with a thud, in Bratsk, Siberia in 1971. Can you imagine shoveling a driveway full of those giants?

But since the very website is for artist then I'd say someone used a picture editing software to make that. By the way, since snowflakes are ice crystals that have their own pattern, no two ever look exactly the same.
