So there's this friend of mine, let's call him Joe. He goes to a different high school and I haven't hung out with him in a month. Sometimes, he texts me and, and I don't really know what to say. I'm really shy. I've never had a guy that I'm attracted to text me before. Last night, he texted me while he was in Puerto Rico,( which was really nice) and we talked for and hour and a half. I ended the conversation because I didn't know what to say, so I just told him that I had to go. What should I do?

texting can actually be a very flirty way to talk to someone. what do you think the winky smiley face is for?! text him if you just feel like talking to him, and if you feel uncomfortable, just tell him you have to go. texting is easy to communicate because you can do that. hah. or if you're more comfortable, give him a call. good luck!

I think you should text him soon, or maybe give him a call if you have his number. Tell him that you are sorry you had to go so soon last time you talked, and continue the conversation. You can talk about various things, like how your trip is going, how things are going back with him, etc. Here's a website with LOTS of convo starters for you. =)
