quick curls plz.!

hi. How can I get loose, casual yet elegant curls for an everyday look?? Also, how can I curl my hair really q-u-i-c-k because I am a busy person. I really need to update my look specially my hair! And do you have any tips on how to prevent damaging the hair??

after you wash your hair shake it out a bit so it'll be looser on your head, then scrunch it you know like a slinky, just grab some sections of your hair and scrunch it, startin from the bottom adn press it all the way to the top of your head. then uve got to let it dry, not dry totally but damp actually, then uve got to scrunch it again, exactly like you did before exept use gel this time, then spray it wiht hairspray, adn shake ur hair out so you can get a volumized look.

You could get a perm of large, loose curls. They can use large rods to do it. Getting a perm can't be any worse than daily heat damage with a curling iron. That, and it would make doing your hair every day that much quicker and easier.
