okay here are some good bands:
bookend victories, breathe carolina, breathe electric, count to ten, i'm polaroid, i saw a ghost, nevershoutnever!, progress in color, the ready set, and turned to canvas.
they all have myspaces if you want to look them up.

a good emo band is secondhand serenade, some of their better songs include "it's not over" and "i hate this song." another emo band is hawthorne heights, their two most popular songs are "ohio is for lovers" and "saying sorry." hope this helps.
