Grinding is really easy!
you have to feel it to make it work,
and to make it look sexy.
this might sound weird but its looks normal.
you basically bend your knees and move your butt around in circles, and side to said and pop it, and shake it, whatever goes with the beat of the music. once you get the hang of it then you wanna drop it.
take it all the way down to the ground using your hips and and legs.
