constantly tired!

im female....18 years old.
i am SO tired! constantly. when i wake up, all day, and im ready for bed at like 8 pm. what is wrong with me? i was thinking anemia? is it something to worry about? its been going on for a few months and its interferring with everything i do. any help would be so appreciated!

Lol, I think every person that's going to answer this question is going to tell you different things. If it's anemia, really make sure you're getting enough iron. Do you bleed a lot during your period? Here's a good site to look at if you're anemic:

But I would see a doctor. It could be something serious. None of us here on this website are capable of diagnosing you.

Do you snore?
If you don't know, ask someone who would hear you snoring at night.
Sleep apnea causes you to be tired because you don't sleep well at night. It is easily treated.

Most common signs of sleep apnea:
* Excessive daytime sleepiness (hypersomnia)
* Loud snoring
* Observed episodes of breathing cessation during sleep
* Abrupt awakenings accompanied by shortness of breath
* Awakening with a dry mouth or sore throat
* Morning headache
* Difficulty staying asleep (insomnia)
