Question Posted Saturday December 22 2007, 12:10 am
Ok so well i`m 13/f.
I'm a very family oriented girl, and my family is EVERYTHING to me. However, lately, I know that i've been acting bitchy to my parents, and giving them attitude/answers. I always apologize and say i`ll never do it again, but i keep doing the bad things [not doing what they tell me to].
But the thing is, i've been having so many problems at school & being pressured, that my mood is just CONSTANTLY bad. So now it's break, and I have two weeks. Also, in feb. is a trip [to a diff. city] that I REALLY want to go to. My dad's already paid the 1st deposit, but is now saying i won't go if i keep up my bad attitude. Can someone please tell me things that I can do to fix my relashionship with my parents?
MissKhalili answered Saturday December 22 2007, 12:09 pm: well everyone talks back to their parents...
and if you want to go on this trip then try your hardest not to talk back.
like if your parents say something to you and u feel like saying it back say it in your head or go to your room and write it down, but dont give it to them. that will usually clear your mind.
when they ask you to do something, do it even if you absolutily dont want to.
you just have to keep up with this utill your trip and when you come back then you can go back to being the same...
or if you still wanna keep up the good relationship with them then just keep doing all this. [ MissKhalili's advice column | Ask MissKhalili A Question ]

Try to control yourself as much as possible and release your emotions in other ways.be on your best behavior. Think before you speak( thats critical). It could just be PMS :P . Don't think your a bad person though cause lots of other teenagers have the same issue (me). Hope i helped :D [ xemmiex3's advice column | Ask xemmiex3 A Question ]
