What the hell is going on?
Ok, well for the past 3 months now I've been getting my period before I'm supposed to, and I'm on birth control. It regulated my cycle and now it's way crazy. The first time it happened an exact week before I was supposed to get my period (I'm supposed to get it the last week of every month.) And it lasted like almost 2 weeks, like the week before I was supposed to and the week I was supposed to. And whenever I would change my tampon there would only be blood on one side of the tampon, so I thought maybe it was just doing it once, so the next with the next tampon, I went to the bathroom and there was some blood on my underwear so when I pulled the tampon out it was yet again only bloody on one side. The second month it did the same. Then this month I got it the first week of the month. I have barely ever cramped with my periods but these past three have been pretty bad, especially the one from this month, it was soo painful. I have no idea what's going on? I mean, has this happened to anyone else before? There's a little bit of blood on the top then it's just bloody on one side... 3 months..?

Well it could be from the way you've been situating yourself [sitting,laying,standing...].I keep a calender and schedule my periods so I'm prepared and don't always have to carry around tampons I'm thirteen and i started my period late in my twelve year old year I have cramps a lot i would suggest Midol if you experience any and a heating pad.Periods are kind of unpredictable I too have mine at the end of the month and they only last for about 3 to 4 days but they shift from one end of the month to another sometimes.

How long have you been taking birth control? If its three months or less, your body is still trying to adjust to the high amount of hormones your are ingesting. If by the fourth month your period is still wacko, go see the doctor that prescribed you the birth control.
As for the tampon being bloody on only one side, that could be because of the position you sit in/stand in/lay in. It happens to me all the time, and it never really worried me much, but if it worries you definitely mention it to your doctor.

what you need to do is go to a doctor, I dont believe anyone on here is qualified to tell you what is wrong or what is happening to you.

Depending on how old you are, it could be just puberty. Some people don't get their periods regular until they're adults in college. Go to a doctor, or a free clinic, and ask them.
